As of Aug. 3rd, the Walnut Crossing Board of Directors has updated information on dues for 2025:

Due to the lack of communication from the previous board of directors, the new board will only be seeking to ensure that 2024 dues and 2025 dues are paid in full. The dues are $125 per year, per property. The board will waive all late fees if 2024 and or 2025 are paid in full before January 1st, 2026.

Annual Dues are $125 and are due prior to March 31st each year. After this date, and every additional 30 days beyond, a 10% fine is applied to the total.

Current fine total for 2025 (if they were applied): USD 112.50

Now you can pay your annual dues by Credit Card or Bank Card. Payments are processed through PayPal. There is a $4.25 service charge for using this service.
